Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Carefully disassemble the tricycle if necessary and secure it in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

Arrange Collection

Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialist couriers to schedule a convenient collection time from your address.
